隨著社會的不斷發展,護理在維護人類身心健康方面發揮了極其重要的作用。但是大量的調查發現臨床護士在工作中自我成長需求無法滿足,自身價值得不到體現,導致護理人才的流失,進而影響了護理隊伍的穩定,這對護理事業的發展十分不利。文章運用馬斯洛需要層次理論中的成長型需要分析臨床護士的自身發展需求,并針對其現狀為護理管理者提供相應的建議,以期更好地滿足臨床護士的成長需要。
With the continuous development of society, nursing has been very important in maintaining the physiological and psychological health of human beings. But many surveys found that clinical nurses could not meet their growing demands in the work and their values could not get reflected, which led to a loss of nursing talents, and thus affected the stability of nursing teams. This is quite unfavorable for the cause of nursing. In this paper, growing needs in Maslow’s hierarchy theory of needs are used to analyze the needs of clinical nurses in their own development, and correspondent recommendations are proposed to nursing managers to better meet the growing needs of clinical nurses.
